It’s no coincidence that Directors’ Choice has won the Best Place to Work in Atlantic Canada for the last two years in a row. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, happy workplace for all of our employees. And their happiness benefits you too!
Tracy Robichaud, operations manager, states that it is important “that our agents feel that they are number one so that they can make each caller feel that they are number one”. Happiness is contagious.
How are we working to ensure that our employees know they are a priority?
- Providing fresh fruit for all to enjoy seven days a week. This allows employees a healthy, convenient snack whenever they may need one.
- Health services such as blood pressure screenings and sugar checks are periodically conducted in the office.
- A Wii gaming system is located in the employee break room for all to enjoy!
- Short massages are provided by a local massage therapy college to help ease the strain of sitting at a desk.
Directors’ Choice strongly believes that a happy, healthy employee provides the best service to our clients. With several of our employees celebrating their 10th anniversary at the company, it seems that they agree as well! While call centers typically have a high turnover rate, this has not been the case for us. We plan to continue to earn Atlantic Canada’s Best Place to Work award for many years to come, giving our customers the best in service from our happy employees!
