Whenever you want us to answer calls, (after hours, during lunch, while you’re with a family, any time you choose) simply forward your phone to the dedicated toll-free number associated with your account. This will redirect calls to our team. We then answer, using your location’s business name, and relay messages according to your customized instructions. You control what we do. Even before you turn over your lines to us, enabling a "roll-over" service will ensure you never miss a call. When you are too busy to take a call, we'll take the call for you. In the unfortunate event that you experience a disaster, natural or man made, your calls will automatically be answered by us.

This is typically as simple as dialing a code followed by your dedicated Directors’ Choice number from your office phone. We will happily walk you through the process any time you like.
