Not sure if you knew that we recently came back to you after trying another service. We left you in April or May, I believe, and just a couple of weeks ago came back. The service we began using was so awful that some of our families were really becoming aggravated. All the calls were recorded, just like your company does, and it was so obvious that the agents there did not know much or care about the callers.
I’ve been listening to several of the calls today and am so happy that we are back! The agents don’t seem to be rattled and sound knowledgeable and caring. There was a call for Pet Memories last night (the Pet Memories phones are not forwarded to you but many people call the funeral home because they heard we do pet cremations also) which the agent handled perfectly by offering to contact the on-call director.
You told me when we left that you would keep all our info on file and I was especially happy that the transfer back to you was seamless. Thank you for having such wonderful people working there and taking care of our families. I feel so much better knowing that when someone calls after hours they will be treated with respect, compassion and courtesy.
