Kathleen, Telephone Service Representative
The eldest of three children, Kathleen grew up in the rural community of Sussex, New Brunswick with both a younger brother and sister.
A graduate of her local high school, Kathleen received a French Immersion Certificate in addition to her diploma. She worked for several years in the food-service industry in her hometown before moving to Saint John, where she joined the Directors' Choice team in February 2008.
Kathleen enjoys spending her free time painting, listening to music, watching funny movies and shopping. Never one to be bored, she has been known to take part in the occasional "random act of insanity" -- like soaking everyone with water balloons at the company picnic or wearing a colorful, big bow on her head for the amusement of her co-workers.
Always up for a laugh, Kathleen's favorite saying is, "Silence is golden, but duct tape is silver."
